Hello my name is Felicia Dial, owner and operator of Desirable Cakez located in DFW area.
I am a Home Baker and My baking and cakes-decorating journey started about four years ago. It all started with a Wilton's Class; In which I would only attend one class due to personal reasons. As time went by I continued to bake for family members off and on for the next 4 years, using YouTube as a teaching tool. Meanwhile my husband continued to encouragement me and allowed me to quit my 9-5 to expand my
passion for baking and decorating cakes.
Cake is more than just cake to, its like a marriage, you know the kind of marriage with commitment, sacrifices, dedication and Love. I 'm sure you get my point. Through my commitment, sacrifices, dedication and love I have managed to take many cake classes from some of the most talented Cake Artist around. I believe that knowledge is golden and that knowledge is one of the keys to success and with knowledge you can conquer all even a cake marriage.
